Jessica {Bridals} Suffolk VA

I met with Jessica's mom about a week before her bridals were planned to check this location they had in mind... and after seeing this gorgeous property I was so excited to shoot her bridals here!                     

Water, an old rustic building, flowers. . . what more could you ask for?   

Her bridals were scheduled for Saturday but we switched to the Friday before due to weather concerns.  Both days were looking like rain but Friday the chances were a little less!  All day Friday the rain was holding off and as soon as I pulled up to meet Jessica and her mom, the rain started.  It sprinkled for most of the drive to our location, but we had a car full of praying women and when we arrived the rain had stopped and it was clear for our whole session! We ended up with a perfect evening for her bridals!

Ashley Bridals {Smithfield VA}

I can't tell you how excited I am to share Ashley's bridal session!  We had some obstacles to work around (the wind was seriously kicking all afternoon) but when it was all said & done we had an amazing session filled with laughs, a beautiful bride in a perfect dress, an amazing sunset and the coolest surprise . . . a vintage fire truck that made this photographer's heart skip a beat! 



I saw this truck earlier in the day while shooting another session and fell in love!  They were getting ready to leave when we were walking in for Ashley's bridals but were nice enough to back it up and give us a couple minutes to get a few shots!  I was so glad Ashley liked it as much as I did and I was able to capture a few shots with it!!!
