I had no idea where it would take me or even a clear vision of where I wanted to go, and I certainly had no idea how much I would absolutely fall in love with photography!
I went with the obvious choice for a name - Angeline Ryan Photography. It was easy to pick and at the time made the most sense. Over the past year or so I have really felt like I wanted to change the name but I've been nervous about doing so. The main reason is just because everyone already knows me as Angeline Ryan Photography and sometimes change makes people uneasy! Change makes ME uneasy! . . . But sometimes change is a really good thing!
In fact so much has changed from July 2012 when Angeline Ryan Photography started. For starters I got married and my last name has changed! Plus no one even calls me Angeline (unless I'm in trouble! LOL.) Everyone has always called me Angel. I want my name and brand to reflect something more personal and meaningful than just my name!
So what's the new name, what does it mean, and where did it come from?
I was once told by a client that I really had an eye for photography and the viewpoint from which I was taking the photo was very unique. I remember her saying "Oh how creative! I would have never thought of that! You really have a good eye!"
The fact is that every person sees things differently. Ask five people to describe something to you and you will likely have five different viewpoints, opinions, and perspectives on the very same subject matter. The idea that someone would so appreciate my perspective on things absolutely thrills me and it's what I hope to accomplish through each & every session. I want to show you how I see things, hence the name . . . Angel Eyes Photography! It's the world through my eyes & hope you like what you see! :)
I say all that to introduce you to my new name and new brand . . . . . . .
